תיאור:
Creating and scheduling Batch Jobs with advanced scheduling tools and take both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent issues.
Resolving the issues within the SLA time
Operate & response to all Batch related activities
Understand the workflow & dependencies and escalate if the Jobs fail to application team

דרישות:
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of Shell scripting – Linux (RHEL).
Understanding of business workflow.
Scheduling of batch processes in multiple Operating systems.
Receive and understand the client requests.
Process the requests as per requirements.
Understanding of Backup/Recovery processes and policies.
Monitoring input/output data.
Problem Solving, Escalation and Query Assignment.
Conduct troubleshooting as problems occur with hardware / software.
QA the output files as per client requirement.
Liaise with the client upon various requests.
Maintain Batch documentation including manuals and diagrams.
Create new procedures for Specific Batch Jobs.
Job scheduling (Control-M 9.00 or above).
Understanding of filesystems & communication protocols.
Knowledge of Shell scripting – Linux (RHEL).
